Newberry Station HOA

Emerald Ash Borer
New Berry Station has become the home for the Emerald Ash Borer. Until early 
July it was believed that the borer was not in Fairfax County, then all of 
sudden there were two infestations found.  One in Herndon and the other in 
Newberry Station.  It has already killed 2 ash trees in the neighborhood and
is rapidly killing off the rest.  The HOA has contracted with Bartlett Trees to 
remove the Ash trees in the development.  Due to the large size of these trees
Bartlett will have to close down some streets and have people move their cars
while the trees are cut down.  Please cooperate with the tree cutting folks
when asked not to park in an area during cutting.  This is for the protection
of your property.  Thank you!

The above plan is the parking plan that has been approved 
by the county with some minor signage changes not shown.  
There are a couple of things such as Speed bumps that are on the plan that allow us
to add later but are not in the immediate budget plans.
